Sacred Flow

A six-week one-to-one coaching practice for restoring trust in your own knowing

Sacred Flow is a six-week, one-to-one coaching practice for people who sense that the way they relate to themselves - how they listen, decide, create, or move - no longer feels workable. This work supports the restoration of a workable relationship with your own knowing, especially during periods of uncertainty or change.

“Is this therapy?”

No. Sacred Flow is coaching, not therapy or mental health treatment.I don’t diagnose, treat, or interpret psychological conditions. If you’re currently in crisis, experiencing acute mental health distress, or seeking therapeutic intervention, this may not be the right support. I’m happy to help you think about appropriate alternatives if needed.

”Will you tell me what to do or give advice?”

No.This is non-directive work. I won’t tell you what decisions to make, interpret your intuition, or guide you toward a particular outcome. The practice is designed to support your listening, discernment, and agency - not replace them.

“What actually happens in a session?”

Sessions are conversational, reflective, and shaped by what you bring. We may work with dialogue, silence, reflective questions, somatic awareness, or creative ways of making sense - always with consent and at your pace. There’s no expectation to perform or “arrive” anywhere.

“What if I feel stuck, resistant, or unsure?”

That’s a normal part of this work.Uncertainty, hesitation, and resistance are treated as information, not problems to fix. We don’t rush or override these moments.

“What happens when the six weeks end?”

This container is intentionally time-bound and is complete in itself.A 30-minute integration check-in is included around one month after the final session. There is no expectation to continue, but ongoing work can be discussed if it feels appropriate.

About me

I’m Katrina Sheena Smyth - a coach, artist, and researcher.I hold a PhD in Philosophy (arts-based research) and am an ICF-credentialed coach. My work supports people to restore trust in their own knowing - especially when inherited expectations, external pressures, or uncertainty have made that relationship harder to sustain. My approach is shaped by long-term engagement with coaching, reflective practice, and creative inquiry. I’m interested in how people learn to listen to themselves without forcing clarity, outsourcing authority, or overriding what they sense to be true.In this work, I don’t offer answers or directives.I offer time, structure, and skilled listening - so you can hear yourself more clearly and respond to your life from a grounded place.
